In order to facilitate the initial spend on common area insurance, electricity arrears and gate service the committee agreed that the factor payments should be front-loaded.
The March 2020 payment will be higher and it will be followed by 11 monthly payments at a lower level. The breakdown is as follows:
The liability (above) includes regular maintenance/ payments in relation too; common insurance, gate SIM charges, electric gate servicing, electricity, admin and grounds maintenance. It does not include any extraordinary expenditure, repairs or improvements.
